Season 7-1 grants no actual reward.
Description
Season 7-1 reward is nonfunctional (but everyone understand the RAI), since it says to banish a card from your deck and "choose" a card from the box... but it never actually says to draw the chosen card, or put it into your deck, or anything, so RAW it doesn't actually do anything.

Obviously, the reward should be:
"For the rest of the Adventure Path, after you rebuild your deck, you may banish a card from it to choose a card from the vault whose level is #-2 (minimum 0), then add it to your deck . Adventure Card Guild players choose the card from their deck box instead."

Agree with Nickademus's suggested wording

It should also be "whose level is #-2 or lower (minimum 0)", so that at level 5 you can pick a 2 or whatever.

Please add the final proposed wording to the issue description. "Adventure Card Guild players" should not be used, should instead read "Adventure Card Society characters" to conform with the PFSACG being renamed to PACS and with other PACS-specific rewards in the Storybook.
