Description

Old characters with power feats that weaken them - there's at least 3 examples of this, like Olenjack being able to take a power feat that forces him to recharge cards after choosing to draw them.

Probably worth adding "may" to each of those cases. Doesn't rule out a more comprehensive treatment now, while fixing the narrow problem described.
