Support player decks that are built from the vault.

  • Deck editing interface
  • Locations don't build using cards in player decks

From Nickademus:

I had a question regarding the ACG website. For what I understand, currently a player has to make a character by clicking New Character, then choosing the character and providing a PACS number for the character. If the site is transitioned to incorporate non-Society games as well, is there a way to make a character without a PACS number?
