PACS Guide is unclear about using Loot that has been removed from the vault - different rulings exist in the forums (most recently stating you can use Loot that's not in the vault).

I think the theory is that you only remove boons if you feel like it, so the Loot still works since you leave the Loot cards you're going to use. Or is this more complicated somehow?
